Juggy Boost

Juggy Boost

$99.00
$99.00
This is our Juggy Boost. It has a small footprint but a very BIG sound. It can be utilized as a light clean boost up until about 11 o'clock on the knob. After that it starts to get a tad dirty (and louder) as you turn the knob. Alone it can add a very light, amp-like saturation to your tone and stacked after an overdrive, distortion, or fuzz it can boost your decibels and take your tone to a wonderful place (we set this up in our Midnight Drive with our Velvet Drive and Juggy if interested). You can also place the Juggy before your drive section to add in saturation and a little less decibels, this works very well for tone shaping your drive section.
BASS PLAYERS:  This boost is one of the better boosts we've tried on bass, highly suggest giving it a try!
The Juggy Boost takes 9V DC power (center negative) and is true-bypass.

Velvet Drive

Velvet Drive

$169.00
$169.00

This is our Velvet Drive, our take on the classic 808 overdrive. We’ve taken the classic circuit and made some revisions to it that we feel bring it to a new and great sounding level. First we focused on removing a little bit of that mid-hump the 808 is notorious for so you won’t sit so far in front of the mix when playing live. Then we added our bass boost toggle to fatten up the tone when needed. Along with those changes, we’ve added and changed some component values to put our own flavor on the character of the clipping, sweep of the tone knob, and other aspects.

With three simple knobs and a toggle, you’ll easily get accustomed to shaping the tone of the pedal. However, even with just three knobs you have a lot of tonal capability as the volume, tone, and gain with the bass boost all play off of each other. Stack this pedal with other overdrives, distortions, and fuzzes and you’ll see exactly where this pedal shines the most.

This pedal takes 9V DC power (center negative) and is wired true-bypass.

Earlybird

$169.00
$169.00

**Earlybirds are currently out of stock, expect a two to three week turn around when ordering for the time being.**

This is our Earlybird, based on the classic Marshall Bluesbreaker circuit. First and foremost, we took the classic Bluesbreaker circuit and just about double the volume. As some of you may know, the original Bluesbreaker circuit suffered from a very weak volume output and we have alleviated that with our Earlybird. We’ve changed a few component values as well to fatten up the tone a little and add a little bit more gain sweep to the pedal.

In the Earlybird you will notice that all three knobs play off of each other quite a bit. When you roll the gain back, it will change the character of the tone and volume also and the same goes for rolling the gain all the way up. So use your volume and tone knobs to dial it in once you change the gain. This is one of the characteristics of the original Bluesbreaker that we liked, it gives it a bit of a different feel than your standard overdrive. Check out the comparison demo that Curtis Kent did below to really see the changes we made to the original circuit.

This pedal takes 9V DC power (center negative) and is wired true-bypass.

KLONE

Klone

$169.00
$169.00
**Limited run of 100**

The Klone is our take on the highly sought after mythical beast of an overdrive. We use D9E diodes, an internal toggle to switch between buffered and true-bypass, and have gotten this pedal as true to the original as possible. It can be used as a clean boost, a stand alone overdrive, or stacked with other pedals to create some seriously good tones. You won’t be disappointed in our Klone if you’re looking for an affordable but highly accurate version of this overdrive.

This pedal takes 9V DC power (center negative) and is set to the buffered setting by default.

Midnight Drive

$215.00
$215.00
This is our Midnight Drive, it’s a combination of our Velvet Drive and Juggy Boost. Together you get both the individual circuits to utilize and the ability to stack them both. You’ll find that stacked these two circuits work in great harmony. The Juggy Boost takes the Velvet Drive into soaring lead tones that are sure to cut through the mix, this is perfect if you’re looking for two stages of volume and gain. If you’re looking for a higher gain overdrive with a lot of volume, this pedal will fit that bill as well when stacked due to the Juggy adding it’s own bit of dirt into the tone of the Velvet Drive. This pedal is set with the Velvet Drive on the input side and the Juggy Boost on the output side.

This pedal takes 9V DC power (center negative) and is wired true-bypass.
(Check the individual circuit’s pages to see more in depth descriptions for both of them).

Thunderbird

$245.00
$245.00

This is our Thunderbird, it’s a combination of our Velvet Drive and our Earlybird overdrives. This is our most popular pedal for a reason! You have a plethora of tonal possibilities whether you’re boosting the Earlybird with the Velvet Drive set clean, running each circuit individually, or stacking them both to take it into that higher gain, almost fuzz-like range. Add in the fact you have six knobs to tweak, a bass boost, and the ability to stack it with other pedals and we have a feeling this pedal won’t be leaving your pedalboard.

The Thunderbird takes 9V DC power (center negative) and is wired true-bypass. It comes in drawing under 100mA.
